What's new with the Q's...

Well, this blog has seriously been forsaken! Life stays pretty busy, but it's the boring busy that I don't think anyone would be interested in but me. Oh well!

There have been some big milestones in the Quesenberry household this week! One being that Elle is sitting up all on her own. And second being Soph is going to the potty! Yay! She has gone two days now with out any accidents! I knew that once she made he mind up that she wanted to do it she would! Of course, the candy and singing potty sure helped!

Nothing else really to "report" on! I'll be 27 next week. Wow! When did that happen??! My freshman roommate and now dearest friend and I were talking today. It seriously feels like yesterday we were heading off to college. I think every year just goes faster than the previous!

Speaking of time flying...doesn't Sophie look SOOO grown up here?? Here we are outside of the Disney store. Her Nanny had just bought her Jesse and Buzz lightyear from the movies "Toy Story". (We have Woody at home) BTW, she is obsessed with all things "Toy Story". I mean obsessed! I've decided that I have to do her birthday theme in Jesse and Woody. I'm really not a character themed birthday person, so I promise it'll be cute and original and not matchy, matchy. Not that there is anything wrong with that. It's just not me. This is random, but I've decided on a Circus theme for Elle's birthday. It totally fits her! Her personality is fun, fun, fun! The more stuff to get in to the happier she is!
I cut my hair! I should never admit this, but I wanted something easy and cute! Emphasis on the easy! I debated this for a bit because I wasn't sure if I was heading down that "mommy" road. You know the one where you end up wearing mom jeans (or sweats), tennis shoes, and tshirts all the time simply because it's, here's that word again, easier. At last, I decided that it is where I am right now! I have two small children, one of whom also needs her hair blow dried, and I need quick. I like it! And it fits my life right now!

This child of mine looooves to cook. Well, really she loves to help with anything I do! She is my little shadow!Elle is to the age where the girls are starting to play together! It is so much fun to watch them! Elle simply adores her big sister! As you can tell in this video!

Priceless

Sophie asked for to hold Elle and while they were loving on each other I was able to snap a few pictures. I am so happy that I was able to capture this! I know that I'll treasure these pictures forever! They are framers for sure :)!

Notice Soph's little hand rubbing Elle's tummy! She is always so gentle and loving!

She is the happiest baby I have ever seen! It may sound corny, but she brings so much sunshine to anyone who is around her!
