Kicking My Rear!


Since we do not have a gym membership I started looking for a work out video that I could do at home. I wanted something that would really kick my tail. After researching I decided upon Jillian Michael's "30 day Shred". HOLY. COW. I did not have much hope for an at home routine, but this video is amazing!! I have honestly never been so sore from a work out! If you're looking for something to do at home I highly recommend getting this work out! I just started doing the second level and I actually like it better than the first level. I gotta say I felt pretty proud today when I moved up and it didn't kill me, ha!
